Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

We focus on evidence-based treatments, like CBT, to help individuals evaluate their relationship to their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors so that they can develop the awareness, flexibility, and resilience required to live in alignment with their values.

Both virtual and in-person sessions available.

We will always offer a virtual “telehealth” therapy option. Virtual sessions are available to clients in Illinois and Florida. In addition, we have offices located in Chicago and Skokie. For phobias, rituals, or behaviors that occur at specific locations, we can also meet you at home or on-site, to treat the issue where it’s activated.

We treat kids, too.

We’re experienced in treating children with a range of social, emotional, and behavioral concerns.
